Welcome to The Brew Box! By purchasing or subscribing to our products, you agree to the following terms:

Service Description
We provide a monthly subscription box containing fresh coffee beans, Christian devotionals, and occasional bonus items. Products, blends, and devotional themes may change without notice.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in dollars.
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.
We accept payment via credit/debit.
Taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Boxes ship on or around the first of each month.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service performance.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our products may be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten.
By purchasing, you accept responsibility for ensuring these products are safe for your consumption.

All devotional content, photographs, designs, and brand materials are the property of The Brew Box and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including allergic reactions, delayed shipments, or content disagreements.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas without regard to conflict of law principles.
